Derek Hickey leads the supply chain activities at the World’s Largest Pizza Factory, located in Salina, KS and home to iconic brands Red Baron and Tony’s. With experience in multiple Fortune 500 companies and across Agriculture, Pharmaceutical, Mining, and Food industries, Derek’s focus has centered on meeting customer’s needs through exceptional customer service and high fulfillment rates. He’s passionate about continuous improvement & value creation, and enjoys initiatives centered around improving production efficiency & strategic inventory management.

Derek is a Kansas native and resides in rural McPherson county along with his wife and two hunting companion spaniels. When he’s not tending to chores on the farm, he’s an avid outdoorsman and appreciates nothing more than a Kansas Fall.
